Consider requesting a room on a higher floor for a quieter experience and more privacy, as street noise can occasionally be disruptive on lower levels.

The room was fairly spacious and the batroom was beautiful... a huge bathtub!! Very clean, comfortable bed, best i had in many places in France. Service was friendly, proffessional, helpful. Great location.

Do recommend for a concise stay
Clean room, friendly staff, wi-fi connection was reliable, with the added benefit of being situated just a short tram ride away from attractions and providing a generous breakfast spread with local ingredients included.

A very spacious, quiet & pleasantly furnished room with comfortable beds & a large & well appointed bathroom. A bright, calm breakfast room with a generous buffet. The location was ideal for exploring the old centre of Toulouse.
2 things. 1) The control of the air conditioning was difficult to set. 2) On departure, when our taxi to the station - ordered by the hotel - failed to arrive, the receptionist on duty was very unhelpful; in the end we had to run with our cases to catch our train.

Absolutely loved the helpful staff! They were super friendly and provided great guidance around the city. The breakfast was nice too, with quality local ingredients. Just the coffee machine at breakfast could improve a little. 😊

In the heart of the city, very convenient. Also, to many tourist sights. Air conditioner, an individual safe and a work desk available in the classic king room.

Convenient walking access to Toulouse's center.
The coffee machine for breakfast was underwhelming. I had to leave the keys at reception, often waiting for staff. My room had an unpleasant smell in the bathroom.

Hotel was very clean, nicely furnished, staff were friendly and efficient, and a very good breakfast was provided. Quiet street in a very noisy, congested downtown. Suited our needs as an overnight stop prior to leaving Europe the next day.

Great location in a quiet street within walking distance of everything in the city. The staff were very helpful, the room was very clean, and there was a very good breakfast supplied as a buffet. It was very convenient and good value.
